We want you to hit the trails with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Altra footwear and gear. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in any condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, then print it and securely attach it to your original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your return package to any authorized USPS drop-off location or schedule a pickup; ensure the barcode is visible and all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
